1. Order Cancellation
We are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that situations can arise where you may need to cancel an order. The ability to cancel an order depends on the status of your order at the time of your request.
How to Cancel an Order:
- Orders Not Yet Processed: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can request a cancellation. Please contact us immediately at support@hisperfectstyle.shop to request a cancellation.
- Orders Already Processed or Shipped: Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may return the item following our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation Timeframe:
- Before 5:00 PM EST: Orders placed before the cut-off time (5:00 PM EST) can generally be canceled, provided they haven’t already been processed for shipment.
- After 5:00 PM EST: If you place an order after the cut-off time, it may already be processed, making cancellation not possible. If this happens, you can return the item for a refund.
2. Changing an Order
We understand that sometimes changes are needed after you place your order. We allow changes to orders, but they are subject to the status of the order at the time of the request.
How to Change an Order:
- Changes Before Processing: If your order has not been processed or shipped, you can request to change the items in your order (e.g., size, color, or product). Please contact us immediately at support@hisperfectstyle.shop and provide your order number along with the details of the changes.
- Changes After Processing: Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes. You can return the item and place a new order for the desired products following our Return & Refund Policy.
Change Timeframe:
- Before 5:00 PM EST: Orders placed before the cut-off time may be modified, provided they have not been processed.
- After 5:00 PM EST: After the cut-off time, changes to your order may not be possible. If your order is already in the processing queue, you will need to initiate a return once the item has been shipped.
3. Order Modifications and Address Changes
Address Change: If you need to change the shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hisperfectstyle.shop. We will do our best to accommodate the change before the item is shipped. However, once the order has been processed, we cannot change the address. In such cases, please ensure that the address entered during checkout is correct to avoid delivery issues.
Product Substitutions: If you wish to substitute an item in your order (for example, changing a size or color), we may not be able to guarantee the availability of the new item. If the item is available, we will modify your order accordingly. If the item is unavailable, you can cancel the order or return it after delivery for a refund or exchange.
4. Cancel/Change Order Confirmation
Once we receive your request to cancel or change your order, we will send you an email confirming whether the request has been processed. If the request is successful, we will notify you about the changes to your order, including any refund amounts or adjusted shipping details.
5. Return Process for Cancelled or Changed Orders
If your order cannot be canceled or changed before shipment, you can follow our Return & Refund Policy once you receive the item. If you decide to return the item, we will process your return and issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

- Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
